1. Acceptance of terms

By using colorpalette.org (“the site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Description of service

colorpalette.org offers free color tools — browsable color palettes, Color Ideas (palettes generated from photos), and Palette-from-a-Photo at /inspiration/ — alongside paid digital downloads: brand color palette kits and palette books, delivered instantly after purchase.

3. Accounts

Some features (saving favourites across devices, viewing past orders and re-downloading purchases) require signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the accuracy of the information tied to it. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the service or violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at a rate that degrades service, no attempting to bypass purchase requirements, no uploading unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and no interfering with other users' access.

5. Intellectual property

Palettes, photos, and site design shown on colorpalette.org are owned by us or licensed from third parties and are protected by copyright. Any content you submit to the site remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it as part of the service.

Palette kits and palette books are licensed, not sold outright: once purchased, you may use the files for personal and commercial projects (your own designs, client work, products you sell), but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the purchased files themselves — as standalone files or repackaged as a competing product.

6. Purchases, pricing & delivery

Digital products are priced in INR and currently processed via Razorpay (PayPal support is planned for a future release). Purchases are delivered instantly as digital downloads after successful payment — there is no physical shipment.

7. Refunds

Because kits and palette books are instant digital downloads, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered. If a download is broken, missing, or materially not as described, contact us at [email protected]and we'll make it right — resending the files or issuing a refund at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The site and all downloads are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, colorpalette.org will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its downloads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Jurisdiction flagged for the owner's legal review before production.)
