Gradient color palettes

This hub is less a colour than a method: palettes built as smooth, stepwise blends, each hue a gentle shift from its neighbour. Because of that it spans everything, from soft ends like Cream (#EEE8DC), Cloud (#E3DCD7) and Blush (#E8C9CE), through Sage (#97B18A) and Seafoam, down to Charcoal (#2F3640) and Forest (#236B26). The unifying idea is the transition, not a single tone.
